  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Equipment must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

 

 


 

Return Instructions:

  2. Include your original order# & RA# (if applicable) with your return package.

  3. Use a trackable shipping method for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

 

 


 

Refund Details:

 

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
