At Global Diamond Pros, we are committed to delivering quality tools and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Policy Terms:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Equipment must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Return Instructions:

You may ship the new item directly back to us or contact our customer service at sales@globaldiamondpros.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA# if needed).
Include your original order# & RA# (if applicable) with your return package.
Use a trackable shipping method for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Refund Details:

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Note: Returns of used equipment or items returned without all original materials may be subject to a restocking fee, partial refund or denial.
